Shift Supervisor
Lead and inspire a team of pizza makers and counter staff during high-energy shifts at our modpizza location. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, and create an amazing experience for every guest who walks through our door.
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to manage cash, inventory, and team scheduling
Pizza Maker
Craft delicious, made-to-order mod pizza with fresh ingredients at lightning speed. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen, learning the art of pizza-making from dough to delivery — no experience required, just enthusiasm and energy.
- No prior experience needed — we train from scratch
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm kitchen
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Must be 16 years or older
Guest Experience Associate
Be the face of Mod Pizza! Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. You'll be an expert on our menu, handle transactions accurately, and keep the dining area clean and inviting throughout your shift.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Basic cash-handling and POS experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must be 16 years or older
Assistant General Manager
Partner with the General Manager to run smooth daily operations across all departments at our mod pizza restaurant. You'll hire and develop talent, control food costs, manage vendor relationships, and step in as GM when needed — a true leadership role with real impact.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Proven track record of team development and coaching
- Strong understanding of P&L, labor controls, and food costs
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Availability for full-time, including weekends and holidays
Delivery Driver
Keep Tucson fed with hot, fresh mod pizza delivered on time and with a smile. You'll represent our brand on every delivery, so reliability, professionalism, and knowledge of the local roads are your top assets. Mileage reimbursement included.
- Valid AZ driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Familiarity with Tucson streets and neighborhoods
- Must be 18 years or older
- Smartphone for GPS and order management apps
